Seven Elements Interior Designs

Our work happens in broadly 10 steps.

How we work

1. Talk to our Interior designers

 This is the first stage of the design process and is the initial consultation the our designer and you. We use this time to discuss your project, goals, priorities, and needs for space. We also use this time to discuss your budget structure. When possible we love to collect as much documentary information as possible in regards to your space. This can include photos on-site, floor plans, or initial measurements.

2. Site Visit or Online Instant Estimate

This is the second step of the design process and our designers visit your place and take measurements of the space to be designed. We take photos and preliminary measurements on site.If you know the area of ​​your place, you can get a quick estimate of your home from our website.

Free Instant Estimation (Chargeable-Site Visit).

We will send Proposal Estimation within 3 working days, As per Preparing, discussing specifications and ambience of your place.

3. Finalized estimate and presentation

This is the third stage of design process and by sharing your home measurements and your information we prepare a project and estimate with you and then have a final meeting and discussion either at your place or in our office.Pay 5% on your final Estimation -by cheque or IMPS, payable to “SEVEN ELEMENTS INTERIOR DESIGNS” to Start the Planning and presentation Work.

4. Concept & Viability Finalize Design

 We then welcome any feedback from our clients in regards to our initial concepts and amend any ideas accordingly. We work with you until you are happy with our final concept and would like to proceed to specify/sourcing products/materials. 

5. work process

This is the fifth step of the design process. After paying 5%, we will allot the best team for you and after documents and selection, you have to make the advance payment of 20% within 5 working days and after the payment of 20%, the interior work will start the next day.

6. Specify Documentation

 Sourcing/ specifying products and pieces that we believe will work best in your space-onsite, taking into account the purpose of the space, traffic flow, occupants, functionality of the space and most importantly your revision of estimation / budget. Once again we work with you to ensure you approve and understand our required selections. 

7. On Site Work

The site supervisor will keep inspecting the site every day. The supervisor will provide the material required by the workers.

8. Selection

In the eighth step, we have taken 80% of the payments from you. We also share a payment scheduler with you. Whatever payment is made, it is as per the payment schedule and work process.  With your approval we finalize all selections. collaborating and ordering , row materials, hardware and required products, We work with our colleagues (Team) to ensure an efficient, quality and safe on site work – installation of all items as per final design and are happy to liaise with trades and suppliers on your behalf. 

9. Styling + Close-Out

At the eighth step, we select the colour, laminate and lights etc. By this stage, we have collected 80% of the payments from you. We also share a payment scheduler with you. Whatever payment is made is as per the payment schedule and work process. At the end, we keep only 5% of the payment remaining with you.

10. Welcome to your new Space

 The final step in the design and project completion process is when we come in to do a final inspection of your project to make sure we are both happy with the end result. This time can also be used for some final styling, which could include an assortment of products to place around the house or rearranging existing pieces to make sure the space is working its best. After the 10th step is complete, we collect the remaining 5% payment and give you the keys to your space. We are done with our work.
